Our project started in June 2025 and will be completed in December 2026. There will be a total of two elevators, one of which will be a stretcher elevator. The floor height of the apartments on the ground floor is 3.00 meters. Central floor heating (radiator) has been chosen as the heating system.

The project includes:

• Children’s play areas, landscaping, and social areas,
• Sports areas such as football and basketball fields,
• Walking paths within the site,
• Spacious pergolas and seating areas,
• An aesthetically pleasing and well-organized main entrance (gatehouse) with a 24/7 security system,
• A security camera system covering the entire site,
• A fully powered generator system,
• A license plate recognition system for vehicles,
• Thermal and sound insulation,
• Additional guest parking areas for visitors will be included.

Our project aims to provide a living space that is both aesthetically pleasing and comfortable.
